Since our markets are very dynamic we need to be resilient. This requires a form of organization which is able to adapt quickly.
As OX employees , we believe in the power of everyone working in a team based on high personal esteem and interaction.
To deliver value each team has end-to-end responsibility.

More details are available in the evolving Employee Handbook.

The focus of each Cell is creating value for the organization, whether through direct value creation for our customers, developing new products, or providing essential internal services. This focus ensures that all parts of the organization contribute to its overall success.
Cells are able to adapt quickly to new needs in our rapidly changing markets because they operate cross-functionally and with a minimum of external backlog dependencies. This allows them not only to change their focus very quickly, but also to scale the business by creating new cells.
<aside> đź’ˇ The autonomy of the Cells is absolutely necessary for a cell structure to become efficient. Besides the Constitution, the only binding processes are the maintenance and sharing of a P&L and to match the requirements for high performing teams. Beyond that, by definition, there are no globally defined processes for how cells must operate. Of course, Cells may find that it is more efficient to combine or align certain processes instead of implementing them on their own.
